Waitlist opens soon

# The cells come before the form

We are building the planner, the sub-agents and the KyberCell each of them runs in. When the sign-up form goes live it will ask for one thing, an email address, and it will be used for exactly one thing: telling you the repository is public.

## We are building

The planner, sub-agents, the KyberCell and the trajectory format. That is where the week goes, not into this page.

## Waitlist soon

One field, no sales calls, no drip campaign, no reselling your address.

## Come back

The blog moves first. New posts mean the design is settling.

## Why there is nothing to fill in

A waitlist that collects addresses months before there is anything to run is a mailing list with extra steps. It would also be a poor opening move for a project whose whole argument is that nothing should leave its cell unless a rule you can read says it may.

## What happens when it opens

The form will take an email address and, optionally, one line about a job you would hand to a swarm — because the alpha will be shaped by real, long-running work rather than by feature votes. Nothing else.

## Where this sits in Kyber

KyberAgent is chapter three of five. The work it does is sent by [KyberBot](https://kyberbot.com), the assistant that knows you; the cells it runs in are held by [KyberLinux](https://kyberlinux.com). Each of those has its own site, and none of them collects anything yet either.

## In the meantime

The blog is where the design gets argued in public: why a swarm beats one bot, what a deep agent is made of, how a KyberCell keeps an agent in its place, and why every step has to be on the record. If the posts keep coming, the repository is getting closer.

No form, no tracking pixels lying in wait — just work in progress.
